The venue's position was remote.

The venue was set in the remote position just off crater lake and vicinity, and restaurants and grocery store.

I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my Queen Room. The staff's friendliness was invaluable in making me feel at home.

Could improve coffee machine availability in rooms.

The room was clean, comfy with a big TV and a fridge.

The room was neat with fridge/microwave, decent WiFi and toiletries, the staff were courteous, did everything. The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from Lake County Museum. The area was central, an incredible base for me.

The staff was poorly trained.

The newly remodeled room offered comfort, and the staff's friendliness really stood out. The bathroom could use some cleaning attention. A pleasant experience on my U.S. Road trip.

I appreciated the fresh look of the recently renovated room. The warm smiles from the staff.

Better accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.

Had a lovely two-night stay at this cozy spot, and I really appreciated the comfy bed and the fridge in the room for my snacks. There’s a nice outdoor seating area and a small pool to chill by, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some updates, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😄

The Neapolitan pizza at Jerry's Restaurant is awesome! I also loved how clean my room was, and the friendly staff always had a smile ready.

Found a note about brown water due to high iron content upon entering. Not exactly what you want to read when you're looking for a shower. The ice machine didn't work initially, only producing a couple of cups after a lengthy wait, and the Coke machine ate my dollar without dispensing anything. Trash cans outside were overflowing, and walking through smoke from other guests to get to my room was a bit unpleasant. The location felt seedy at best.
